A comfortable, welcoming place to livesubmitted by Matthew D. - |Recommended: YesThe apartment feels spacious for my wife and I. We hosted a dinner party for thirteen adults and two kids by having a table in the dining room and living room. Afterwards, we moved chairs into the living room and we all sat there comfortably. There is plenty of room for study groups and family get togethers. We are close to a play area and sound transmits easily through the windows and front door, but that is normally during the day, we have not had issues with loud noise at night. The buildings are certainly older, but quite manageable. The apartments are reasonably priced for what you get. Internet is fast, I use Time Warner Cable and haven't had issues so far, I just connected a compatible modem and had the connection activated. Electricity in the area has many options and you can find plenty of details online for who to choose. Water is metered per building, not apartment, but the billing is divided using a formula that takes into account the number of occupants in your apartment. It is appropriate and reasonable. Overall it is a very nice place to live and it is affordable. We just renewed our lease for another year.
