Unfortunately, this does take time but we do have 2 other pools available. We have also just started tree work in your area and have purchased new pool furniture for your pool. No longer impressedsubmitted by Penny H. - |Recommended: NoParking is horrible - have to pay for spots because there's not enough handicap parking and people park in our paid spots and towing is not enforced. It's insane that we're required to pay for trash pickup when it's not wanted and given a trash can to use that's a requirement and required to keep it in our home just added clutter Apartments and cars are getting broken into more frequently and we are not notified from office staff - there's an average weekly basis that MPD is in our parking lot

Convenient Locationsubmitted by Yasmin B. - |Recommended: YesIt is an open parking that anyone can use, so you might find it difficult to park, depending on the day. As far as noise goes it is terrible, I can hear every step, every door shot and every shower my up stairs neighbor takes, also we are next to the Nissan dealership, we can hear whatever machinery they use from across the wall. Now I don't know if it because it is winter but as far as I've been here, the accessible yard outside is always full of dogs turd, and I don't believe anyone in maintenance does anything about the issue or send letter to apartment pet owners to be more considerate. Now the Staff, on the other hand, are great, excellent professionals, they are easy to get a long with and very helpful, the Maintenance staff are very responsive and will try to reach as soon as they can and let you know the turn around time, and keep you updated of the situation. Overall this is not a bad place, but it could be better for the amount a money spent.

Thin Walls and floors but great staff and Maintenancesubmitted by Jonathan H. - |Recommended: YesIf you don't mind hearing what happens in the bathroom next door or when your down stairs neighbors baby is crying, then there aren't any real issues. Top notch maintenance staff who quickly take care of problems, friendly office staff who are always willing to help and no pest or rodent problems to speak of. There are a lot of kids in the complex, so on nice days it can get a little loud but it's what kids do and you get used to it.

Not the worst, not the bestsubmitted by Courtney M. - |Recommended: YesI have lived here to over two years and I have had the same neighbors the entire time, which is nice. But what isn't so nice is being able to hear them walk around or flush the toilet or run the shower or hear their music. The quality of the apartments is what is to blame for all of this. There is ZERO insulation In the winter, the heat runs almost 24 7 because their is nothing keeping it in. Same thing with the air conditioning. If they can't fix the insulation in the walls, the least they could do is replace the windows that always fall out when there is a strong wind The one thing I can't complain about at all is the maintenance. They are SO nice and they get the job done ASAP and do it right the first time. I just wish I could say the same about the management. They have poor customer service, at best and don't ever have a real reason for the charges that are given to you. It's standard prices'. Thankfully, I haven't had to deal with them very much or I wouldn't have lasted the two years. Overall it's a clean, family friendly neighborhood. Just don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

Other than car break ins a nice placesubmitted by Bradley O. - |Recommended: YesWater bill is too high for one person, security sucks, me and 4 of my neighbors in the 2 buildings facing Galloway have had cars broken in to. Nice Neighbors quiet at night, great maintenance people and friendly staff.
