Very good and safe|Recommended: YesThe apartments are a good size depending on the floor plan. Maintenance responds quickly within the day or the following day. The office staff are welcoming, warm and accommodating. The only con is that the A1 has only one closet and it's in the bedroom so when guests come over, there is nowhere to put their belongings. I don't like people parading in my room. Another small living room closet would have been a bit more convenient and efficient.

Satisfied...|Recommended: YesOverall, good quiet place to live. Utilities can run kind of high at times but they're manageable. I just resigned my lease, this will be my second year living here.

Nice, quiet, great location, very cold in winter|Recommended: YesNice, quiet, great location, pet friendly. Some of the neighbors are rude and not mindful of their pets droppings, very cold in winter due to cold wall in LR and DR area, and more expensive for my 2 BR then some 3 BR in the area. Parking is horrible.

Lovely yet pricey.|Recommended: NoIf parking and the over all price were improved I would be staying at Hampton Point. I really don't want to leave but the price is too expensive for the space. My only other issue is heating and cooling. I've lived in two different apartments at Hampton Point and both were awfully cold in the winter and scorching hot in the summer . As you can imagine, this leads to expensive electricity bills. Management explained that there was nothing that could be done. Investing in new heating and cooling systems would keep residents happy.
